Nicole Jennings Wade
Nicole spent the first 20 years of her law practice as a trial lawyer with a national law firm. In 2015, she joined a boutique litigation firm, and in 2020, she co-founded WGW with her current partners. Nicole’s practice has focused on trusts & estates litigation for over 25 years, and she has represented individuals and entities in a wide variety of high profile matters. For nearly 20 years, Nicole has also focused on defamation law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in libel and slander cases across the country. She has obtained favorable results for clients on motion, mediation, and jury verdict. Nicole has also handled a wide range of business disputes for companies in various industries. She has received significant recognition throughout her career, including achieving both a Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent® rating and recognition by Georgia Super Lawyers since 2011 and inclusion in Best Lawyers in America® since 2015.
